Executive Committee

The Executive Committee is headed by the President of the Board and is responsible for oversight, implementation, and work behind Board business.

The Executive Committee is authorized to make decisions and act between Board meetings on issues and business that require immediate action.

The Executive Committee currently consits of:

President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, and all 3 Trustees.
